Brian Levenson is the founder of Strong Skills, a coaching and consulting firm that helps elite leaders, teams, and organizations elevate performance. He has partnered with CEOs, professional athletes, and executives across the NBA, NHL, MLS, Division 1 athletics, the Federal Reserve, the Department of Homeland Security, Hilton, Disney, Amazon, and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
At Strong Skills, Brian helps onboard coaches, design programs, and execute high-impact initiatives. He excels at collaborating with colleagues and clients to create transformative experiences.
At the heart of his coaching is the Accelerator program, which guides over 30 executives in sharpening their leadership skills and strengthening their mindset. The program culminates in an annual retreat, bringing clients together for a full day of learning, growth, and connection. Brian has coached best-in-class leaders across sport, business, and the nonprofit sector.
A constant builder, Brian created the Self-Belief Inventory, a developmental assessment used by high performers, and published a free 152-page workbook filled with tools and exercises to help individuals and organizations thrive. In 2022, he co-founded The Intersection Retreat, which brings together general managers and elite coaches from major sports leagues with bestselling authors and thought leaders.
A passionate content creator, Brian hosted the Intentional Performers podcast from 2017 to 2024, interviewing 400 top leaders and changemakers. His book, Shift Your Mind (2020), has been praised by elite performers across industries.
