Miranda Holder

Miranda Holder is committed to helping people access deeper insights and make better, more aligned decisions faster as leaders and individuals through the science and practice of whole body leadership. She founded her own coaching practice, Holder & Co., after a decade as a D-I collegiate head and assistant rowing coach. She stumbled into coaching after the diagnosis of a genetic heart condition that steered her out of post-college training for the U.S. National Team.

As an executive leadership coach, career coach, and facilitator, she specializes in helping people lead authentically for themselves so they can lead others. One of her gifts is helping people create the intersection of their passion, purpose, and skill so that they can do work they love. Her coaching clients include CEOs, Managing Partners, VPs, educators, artists, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders across a diverse array of industries.
